Prices are based on double occupancy, a single supplement is £20.00 Mon-Thur, is applied, except for one night stays when the full price will apply. Please note in May, June, July and August the full price will apply.
From 1 January 2018 payment can only be accepted by cheque, cash or debit card, or bank transfer. We no longer accept credit cards except for foreigners, and we do not accept AMEX.
At weekends the full double room price will apply, and during the Summer Months 1 April – end September 2 night bookings at weekends preferred.
We have available a cot and a high chair
BABIES – no charge if they sleep in a cot.
DOGS – We accept a maximum of 2 dogs, no extra charge, provided that they do not go on or in the beds, or the chairs and sofas, that owners bring their dog’s bedding, and if necessary bring their cages, and they pay for any damage the dogs may do.

Our Terms & Conditions
Deposits are preferably made by consumer debit or consumer credit card.
We do not accept premium or commercial business credit cards
For foreign visitors, deposits may be made by Bank Transfer and by cash on departure.
We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the first night’s booking when the reservation is made.
For guests coming from overseas we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the whole stay.
For guests booking within a week of the stay the whole accommodation fee is taken and is non-refundable. For guests who book and then cancel there is a £10 admin fee deducted from any refund.
Please note that we will charge the full amount due in the case of a late cancellation (less than 7 days from 4.00pm on the arrival date) where we are unable to re-let the rooms, or due to a no show. Cards will be charged at the time of cancellation, and if we manage to re-let the room, a refund will be made. If this is of concern when making the booking we would ask you to please inform us of this at the time.
We also recommend that you take out a Holiday/Travel Insurance Policy that will cover you for any of those unforeseeable costs including possible adverse weather conditions which may make travelling difficult or even impossible – this can quite often be obtained at a reasonable premium as an extension to your household policy, or for inexpensive Holiday Insurance (UK only) please see Guest First.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract and cancellation causes loss to small establishments. However, if the guests rebook at a later date any money paid will be carried forward.
Please note any damage caused to our property and contents must be paid for, and we accept guests on this basis.
Guests are welcomed any time after 4pm, (unless by special arrangement), and are asked to vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the morning of departure.
