We are conscious of our responsibility to minimise our environmental impact and make every effort to be as eco friendly as we are able to be.

• we manage our resources in an ethical manner
• we have 16 solar panels supplying our electricity, and a biomass boiler using wood pellets
• we compost everything that can be composted, and recycle what cannot
• we conserve energy and water wherever possible
• we grow all manner of fruits and vegetables in our organic kitchen garden using our own compost
• food and other supplies that we don’t grow ourselves are sourced locally where possible
