We are conscious of our responsibility to minimise our environmental impact and make every effort to be as eco friendly as we are able to be.
- we manage our resources in an ethical manner
- we compost everything that can be composted, and recycle what cannot
- we conserve energy and water wherever possible
- we grow all manner of fruits and vegetables in our organic kitchen garden using our own compost
- food and other supplies that we don’t grow ourselves are sourced locally where possible
